Adventuring Sydneyside: Million Paws Walk

RSPCA

Friends, the RSPCA’s Million Paws Walk is this Sunday! This event not only raises awareness for animals in need, but it also raises critical funds to help the RSPCA to keep doing their thing (for example, did you know that last year alone, 46,558 animals came to the RSPCA NSW for help?! That’s a lot of four-legged friends!).

Luna and I are very excited to be participating in the walk this year and if you have a few extra dollars you’d be willing to give to a great cause, you can show your support by making a donation: http://millionpawswalkfundraising.com.au/marlana. All of the funds we raise go to support the RSPCA and big or small, your donation makes a difference.

Better yet, if you’re near one of the many walk locations, why not grab your walking shoes join in the fun! Even if you don’t have a pooch to walk with, you’ll still be treated to a great day out complete with entertainment, displays, giveaways, and tons of other activities (plus, there will be lots of doggies there for the pooch-less to hang out with). Registration is still open, and you’d be supporting a great cause.

I’ll be reporting back in next week with photos from the walk at Homebush, which I’m anticipating will be one of the most adorable posts in the history of this blog… 🙂
